Gadsden Toy Lending Library

Mundo de Juguetes is a Toy Lending Library in the Gadsden area of Doña Ana County! Toy Lending Libraries are a robust resource that offers families and early childhood providers access to free, culturally responsive, developmentally supportive toys and books. As a library, families and providers can check out and exchange items as children grow, alleviating the possible financial burden of giving children access to high-quality educational toys. We currently only have the capacity to be open Thursdays 10am-3pm, but hope to expand our hours in the future!

Equity is woven into the fiber and framework of the Success Partnership. As such, we focus intensely on ensuring resources are equally distributed across our county. Mundo de Juguetes is an extraordinary accomplishment toward this end, allowing Gadsden area partners to collaborate and nurture early childhood success in the southern community. This invaluable resource touches on many goals outlined in the Early Childhood Education Coalition’s five-year Strategic Plan.
