Kinder-Career Coalition
The Kinder-Career Coalition was formed in 2021 to unite and align the goals and efforts of K-12, post-secondary, and workforce sectors in Doña Ana County using community-driven, data-informed, collaborative efforts. As one of two coalitions of the Success Partnership, we use a collective impact model to gather partners and stakeholders throughout our region who are invested in working together across sectors to advance common goals.

Mentoring
The Kinder-Career Exchange Board is a shared space for Coalition partners to find and share opportunities, resources, and events that support young people and families from kindergarten to career. Use this board to stay informed and to post your own updates, programs, and announcements.
The Kinder-Career Coalition meets quarterly on the first Wednesday in March, June, September, and December from 9-11 am. Location varies. Follow our social media for details.
