The Kinder-Career Coalition was formed as a means to unite and align the goals and efforts of the early childhood, K-12, post-secondary, and workforce sector in Doña Ana County using community-driven, data-informed, collaborative efforts to work towards the goals of our two Action Networks:
1.  Students Succeed Academically in Healthy Schools
2.  Equitable Post-Secondary and Career Awareness, Access & Success
After launching the Kinder-Career Coalition in November, we hosted a series of Community Learning Sessions in an effort to identify and unify the work being done in the K-12, post-secondary, and workforce arenas in our community. Click HERE to watch the series.

Your participation is vital in establishing a diverse K-Career Coalition of educators, nonprofits, parents, students, elected officials, businesses, faith-based entities, and community members committed to improving education outcomes in Doña Ana County.
